SMART Repairer Body Shop | Southampton | £28,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Are you an experienced SMART Repair Technician looking for a new opportunity in a well-equipped, high-quality body shop?
We are working with a reputable body shop in Southampton, currently seeking a talented SMART Repairer to join their team. If you are confident in performing cosmetic repairs to the highest standards and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out SMART repairs on various vehicles, including bumper scuffs, alloy wheels, minor dents, and paintwork
* Performing accurate colour matching and blending
* Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Keeping precise records of work carried out
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Cosmetic Repair Technician
* Strong skills in painting and filling, with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good time management skills and a proactive approach
* ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
