As a Facilities Helpdesk Team Leader you will lead a team to deliver a valued, timely and efficient Facilities helpdesk supporting the society in the delivery of its business across a Head Office and Branch Network. A varied and challenging role requiring the management and development of a dedicated FM system to drive efficiency and excellent customer service. What the role will look like: To provide support to the business through an efficient Facilities Helpdesk. Manage and develop the dedicated FM Management system to deliver a one stop shop solution for Facilities. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including external contractors. Manage Supplier performance in delivery of goods and services. Producing a monthly report to Management on Helpdesk performance. Manage a team of 3 Administrators ensuring training and development plans are in place to deliver effective Triage and resolution skills. Manage escalation of any incidents in line with the society risk reporting process. Monitor the operation of society physical security systems What you will bring to the role: Knowledge of FM Systems to manage workflows Excellent customer service skills to deliver a right first time approach. Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and legislation. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
