Kent Cars Hire Ltd. is seeking compassionate and reliable independent contractor drivers to transport vulnerable and special needs school children in Dartford, Gravesham and surrounding areas.

• Competitive Compensation: Earn between £80 - £150 per day, depending on the routes and number of children serviced. Choose between monthly cash payments or bank transfers.
• Training and Support: We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role, including assistance with obtaining a Restricted Private Hire School run license.
• Referral Bonus: Earn £75 for every driver or passenger assistant you refer who joins and completes a minimum number of school runs.
Requirements:
• Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
• Public or private hire license preferred, but not required. Training and company vehicle can be provided if required.
Requirements for those seeking a taxi licence:
• We will assist you in obtaining a restricted private hire school run license, with the associated costs covered by the company and later deducted from your wages.
• Ability to pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
• Completion of two online training courses: Safety Awareness and Safeguarding of Children and Passengers.
• Medically fit and able to pass a medical examination conducted by your doctor.
Responsibilities:
• Safely transport children to and from school, following designated routes and schedules.
• Assist children with boarding and alighting, including those with mobility aids.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff.
