Responsibilities
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for stock and inventory across multiple categories, including onboarding new devices and managing the end‑of‑life process.
* Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
* Manage the ELG, HP, Yealink and other stock processes, raising purchase orders, organising freight booking and monitoring delivery (sea and air).
* Maintain supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews, audits, QBRs, service review meetings and security‑related meetings.
* Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.
* Analyse market trends and supply‑chain risks to inform purchasing decisions.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and inventory levels.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and ethical standards.
* Lead and mentor junior procurement staff where applicable.
* Work with finance to ensure timely financial reporting and conduct stock audits as required.
* Provide ad‑hoc warehousing support when needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems including SAGE.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
