What the Job Involves This role involves supporting a Council under Exceptional Financial Support (EFS) by delivering an ambitious recovery and modernisation programme. You will conduct service diagnostics, analyse costs, map processes, and develop transformation options that save costs and improve service outcomes. Working collaboratively with various teams, your responsibility extends to leading diagnostics, managing a team of analysts, and supporting programme governance while ensuring alignment with the Council’s methodologies.
