This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership to support residents, empower your team, and ensure outstanding care in line with CQC standards. You’ll also play a vital role in the resident journey – from initial assessment and move-in to the ongoing review of individual care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting your care team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and performance management.Acting as an advocate for residents, ensuring their rights, dignity, and best interests are always upheld.Overseeing safe and effective medication management, audits, and GP liaison.Supporting clinical governance through audits, action plans, and regulatory compliance.Handling safeguarding, concerns, and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.Working collaboratively with colleagues across the home to create a warm, positive, and person-centred environment.What Signature Offer
