About The Role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Project Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team in Scotland. As a Digital Project Delivery Coordinator you will support the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement in delivery of the Project Digital Strategy, BIM 360 / ACC, T1 Controls, Site Assist, Power BI, Openspace and AI tools for the Regional Scottish Business.
What you'll be doing
* Support the Head of Continuous Improvement to educate people, implement Group Digital Minimum Standards and use technology during project delivery.
* Support with educating the project team and supply chain members for the use and development of the Project Digital Tools including but not exclusively - BIM 360 / ACC, T1 Controls, Site Assist, Power BI, Openspace and AI tools including co-pilot.
* Support the Project team to implement processes/culture/technology so it can be used during project delivery and aid in reviewing potential conflicts. Work with the team in resolving the issues.
* Digital Site Management Techniques / mobile tech is facilitated.
* Before construction commences mobilisation, engage with the project team to implement people/processes/culture/technology which can be used during the Construction phase and limit/mitigate potential conflicts before site execution gate stage.
* Research, develop, implement, review new ways of working which will benefit the project by increasing efficiency, reducing cost, improve quality, sustainability and aiming for Zero Harm. Collate data for senior management review.
* Provide on-going internal training / technical orientation to new staff / external training.
* Demonstrate the Balfour Beatty Core behaviours.
* Promote Balfour Beatty to its Customers and business partners.
* Facilitate the process of the Digital Coordination between project participants.
Who we're looking for
* 2-3 years industry previous experience in a similar role or industry experience.
* Support the Regional Business in delivery of Project Digital Tools including BIM 360 / ACC, T1 Controls, Site Assist, Power BI, Openspace and AI tools including co-pilot.
* Deliver training and support for Projects and supply chain.
* Working knowledge of project CDE environment.
* Identifying the basic requirements and main deliverables expected from BIM tools and workflows.
* Knowledge of BMS systems and delivering business KPIs.
