Well, what about the team?
We are looking for someone to join the Marketing Automations team as a Braze Campaign Developer to be hands on with the continued support of our Marketing Automations platforms Braze, White Hat Gaming and Send Grid.
The right candidate will have both creative and scientific attributes, working with our retention marketing teams to translate marketing theory via platform enablement to push the marketing department forward with best-in-class marketing automation.
This is a fast paced and hands on role, which will be responsible for the delivery of optimising current Braze, WHG and Send Grid instances ensuring that the back-end campaigns and workflows are configured and then optimised to ensure they are working as they should be. Along with getting your hands dirty with Braze you will also be leading the future roadmaps of our North American site offering to ensure we are consistently delivering the most up to date, optimised technical offering we can.
So, what will you be doing?
1. Responsible for the overall campaign & typology setup and operations for current instance of Braze. Focusing on North America.
2. Own the back-end Braze, WHG and SendGrids workflow template designs, including testing & optimisations.
3. Drive the delivery of the platform roadmap & prioritisation with team ensuring there is key stakeholder visibility
4. Manage third party account with Braze for the current Braze instance workstreams
5. Build documentation for tooling setup with campaign details, data points, integrations
6. Own overall platform governance, system alerts & distribution
7. Lead the formation, acceptance, and prioritisation of proof-of-concept trials
8. Delivery of Braze projects including optimisation of the Braze platform and campaigns.
9. Coach and upskill the CRM marketing team on marketing automation best practices
Ensure that best practise and housekeeping are widely shared, and documents kept up-to-date.
10. Monitor deliverability of campaigns and maintaining message delivery health
11. Deliver reporting & system health monitoring practices
12. Refine process & implementation of Internal first line support for Braze, WHG and SendGrid.
13. Implement team efficiencies & best practices
14. Manage & update the Monday.com project management board
15. Review and manage stack use and ROI
16. Continually review the market, trends, and new technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the competition in all things digital marketing.
And what are we looking for?
17. 1+ years' experience with Braze
18. Good understanding of channel marketing Email, SMS, Push & social
19. Experience in the online Gaming industry - desirable
20. Basic experience with computer languages Java Script & My SQL
21. Prior use of Monday.com a plus, but not a requirement.
