Duties
* Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking and service.
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
* Support chefs during service by helping with basic cooking tasks and plating dishes as required.
* Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
* Organise and store food items according to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the kitchen management team.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
