Location: Field-based – One role covering the North of the UK, the other the South, with travel to clients and our HQ in Banbury
Salary: Above market rate

And now – we're growing fast. We're on the hunt for two energetic, motivated, and technically savvy Sales Managers to join our team:
* One covering the North of the UK
* One covering the South of the UK

What You'll Be Doing
In your patch, you'll be the face of SPIRAC — leading the charge both technically and commercially. You'll nurture strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and help deliver tailored solutions that really make a difference.
Day-to-day, you'll:
* Build lasting relationships with clients in your region
* Drive new business and land long-term framework agreements
* Dive into tenders, P&IDs and flow data to craft smart, bespoke solutions
* Work closely with our Engineering teams to ensure flawless project delivery
* Represent SPIRAC at site visits, trade events, exhibitions and client meetings
Who We're Looking For
We need two switched-on, self-starting individuals who:
Have solid technical sales experience in water, wastewater, or similar engineering sectors
Know their region (North or South) inside out — contacts, frameworks, the lot
Have a proven track record in public sector bids and frameworks
Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel
Are confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
