What you'll be doing
* Engage employees at corporate workplaces and encourage participation in payroll giving.
* Represent StC Payroll Giving professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically.
* Share engaging stories about our charity partners and the impact of payroll giving.
* Set up and manage a professional stand at private‑site venues.
* Work towards individual performance targets while delivering an excellent donor experience.
* Manage your own workload in the field while staying connected with a supportive team.
* Follow all data protection requirements, fundraising regulations, and professional standards.
About you
* Around 6+ months of experience in fundraising, sales, telesales, or customer‑facing roles.
* Strong communication skills and confidence to approach and engage people.
* A self‑motivated, resilient attitude and comfort working towards targets.
* A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
* The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
* A genuine interest in charity fundraising and making a positive impact.
Essential
* Full UK driving licence.
* Access to your own vehicle (travel expenses paid).
Qualifications considered
Candidates with experience as Charity Fundraiser, Sales Executive, Corporate Charity Fundraiser, Payroll Giving Charity Fundraiser, Field Sales Executive – Corporate Fundraising, Field Sales Representative, Direct Sales, Sales, Customer Service, Venue Fundraiser, Field Sales, Street Fundraiser, Business Development, or Brand Ambassador are also considered for this role.
