What You Will Do:
* Deliver high-quality mammography services in line with NHS Breast Screening Programme standards
* Perform mammography assessments with professionalism and patient care at the forefront
* Assist Consultant Radiologists and Advanced Practitioners during procedures such as ultrasound and biopsies
* Maintain high standards of communication and adapt techniques to meet diverse patient needs
* Contribute to quality assurance, audits, and routine equipment checks
* Ensure compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations
* Participate in peer reviews and maintain training and competency records
* Support the training and supervision of junior staff and assistant practitioners
* Manage administrative duties in line with data protection and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
* Qualified Radiographer with relevant mammography experience
* HCPC registration
* Strong understanding of breast imaging protocols and quality standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development
