Your New JobAre you a passionate and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a specialist secondary school? This is a fantastic opportunity to support students aged 11–19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language Difficulties, SEMH, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). You will:
1. Provide tailored classroom support to students withplex needs.
2. Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and EHCPs.
3. Foster independence,munication, and emotional wellbeing.
4. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
