Overview

AWS is seeking a world-class professional to help manage customer relationships with some of the largest companies in Switzerland.

As a Principal Enterprise Account Manager, you drive digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, line of business owners, IT leaders, architects, developers, and others. You establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers. You lead and influence customers to leverage AWS innovations to power their digital transformation outcomes in the cloud.

Responsibilities

* Drive digital transformations and engagement with C-level executives, line of business owners, IT leaders, architects, developers, and others to promote AWS as the primary cloud provider across strategic accounts.
* Lead and influence customers to leverage AWS innovations to power their digital transformation outcomes in the cloud.
* Scale a highly complex environment through strategic initiatives and build the AWS go-to-market through virtual/matrix teams, cross-functional AWS specialist teams, and AWS Partners.
* Empower customers to solve challenges while achieving operational and innovation goals; deliver business outcomes and help customers become more agile, innovative, and efficient.
* Contribute to the fastest pace of innovation, broad functionality, security, and proven operational expertise AWS offers.


Qualifications

* Deep experience with an enterprise technology provider, consulting firm, or similarly transferable background.
* Significant experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers.
* Significant experience creating long-term transformational account strategies to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies at multi-national customers.
* Experience leading global, cross-functional teams including solution architecture, inside sales, business development, specialized sales, marketing, professional services and premium support to ensure holistic customer engagement and satisfaction across all business units and subsidiaries of a single, multi-national account.


Preferred qualifications

* BA/BS in Finance, Business or Computer Science; MBA a plus.
* Have led successful digital transformation initiative(s) at customers.
* Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate internally and with the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations.
