Job Purpose To lead and manage the children’s home consistent with the approach and ethos of the organisation, delivering outcomes and high-quality care as set out in the home’s statement of purpose. Service Description Managing the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people. The role of a Residential Manager is the person with overall responsibility of the Children’s Home and is accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base.
