Main duties of the job
Wynard Ward is a multi‑function ward specialising in Gynaecology and Same Day Emergency Care. It consists of a ten‑bed inpatient area, a ten‑bed day case area with theatre lists running five days a week and an ambulatory care unit. The ward takes referrals for ambulatory care, acute emergency admissions and emergency gynaecology referrals from GPs or the Emergency Department. You will assist in all of these areas and work across a range of health‑care settings.
Working pattern
Monday to Sunday, long days only (07:30‑20:00) with an hour break. Shifts include bank holidays but no night shifts. Depending on your shift pattern you may receive additional enhancements to your pay.
