Sales Team Manager – B2B / Umbrella Industry
Location: Altrincham (4 days office, 1 day WFH) | Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a small team while driving growth across a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll manage daily operations, coach your team, and work closely with clients to expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Grow account enquiries and increase referrals across your patch

Act as main contact for consultants and resolve queries with support team
*
Maintain CRM records, account mappings, and competitor insights
*
Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver training where required
*
Lead, coach, and manage the ICRM team, setting goals and monitoring KPIs
*
Support social media and marketing initiatives for client engagement
*
Attend occasional face-to-face agency visits and hospitality events
Requirements:
*
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in Umbrella or similar sector
*
Experience hitting daily call and sales targets
*
Strong team management and coaching skills
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
