We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at our National Operations Centre in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week from 7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm with a one hour unpaid break on a 3 week rolling rota.
The role:
1. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager
2. Provide a first-class Helpdesk service to the National Operations Centre
3. Support the team by receiving calls, logging on Maximo, allocating tasks to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers
4. Raising and receipting purchase orders in Maximo
5. Support the planned maintenance programme by reviewing the assignment of job tickets
6. Supporting the team in advising of the Companys invoicing requirements, taking recovery action as necessary on Maximo and in accordance with standard procedures
7. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Team as required, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
8. Working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm with a one hour unpaid break on a 3 week rolling rota.
The person:
9. Must have experience of providing a high level of customer service, ideally in a similar environment
10. Knowledge of Maximo database or similar CAFM system an advantage
11. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to prioritise workload
12. Must have a flexible, can-do approach
13. Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
14. Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously
