Security Officer Position at First Response Group

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance security levels and maintain vigilance
2. Check staff, contractors, and visitor ID cards
3. Control authorized access and egress of pedestrians and vehicles
4. Respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious behavior
5. Project a smart, efficient, and helpful image at all times
6. Write reports and document incidents
7. Report to clients on health, safety, and security matters
Qualifications and Requirements
* Valid, in-date Door Supervisor SIA license
* Level 2 NVQ in Crowd Safety (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years’ security experience, preferably in events
* Ability to pass a 5-year work/unemployment/education history check to BS7858 standards
