The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
* Involvement in all kitchen operations, including menu creation, team development, and legislative compliance.
* Deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef when necessary.
