Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high‑volume QSR or fast‑casual restaurant
* Experience leading results through coaching, training and having honest conversations with your teams
* Excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
* Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs
* Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems
* Strong people leadership – built teams and developed future leaders
* Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times
* Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment

* Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
* Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety and employment legislation
