From the iconic Morannedd building in Criccieth to the flagship site at Menai Bridge, they focus on local produce, warm service, and thoughtful design. They also operate a bakery, online shop, and host weddings and private events. Now, they're looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at their exciting new site.
