This fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their thriving store in Cumbria. You will work with together with the store staff to ensure continued success and growth.
The Store Manager Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to day operations of the store
* Maximise the stores sales and profitability and driving KPI’s
* Manage your team ensuring that they are motivated and mentored
* Providing a high level of customer service at all times
* Ensuring the store is well-kept to the highest standard
* Admin tasks and team recruitment liaising with the HR team
* Adhering to Health and Safety policies
* Prioritising security awareness across the store

* Target driven individual that is motivated by sales results
* Passionate about customer service
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
* Personal Management skills – a resourceful individual that sets personal goals to achieve and develop short term and long-term objectives
The Store Manager Additional Information
This role is commutable from some regions of North West England. Only candidates with experience working with clothing will be considered for this role.
