The Role
Medical Devices Technician
Responsibilities
* The set-up and support of surgical camera systems
* Inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing medical devices
* Providing client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use, enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients
* Facilitating training to all levels of staff as required
* Completion of weekly and quarterly reports alongside supporting documents as required
Your Background
To be considered for this exciting role you will:
* Have experience working in a healthcare or operating theatre environment
* You may have previously worked as a Healthcare technician or Medical Technician in the forces
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
* Any clinical qualifications would be beneficial, e.g. nurse / operating department practitioner (ODP) / certified medication technician (CMT)
