Domiciliary Care Worker

PAY: £12.90 per hour – paid weekly
Location: Rochdale (Central)
Days/Hours: Mon–Fri between 07:00–22:00 plus alternative weekends
Requirements: In-date Enhanced DBS (no later than 3 months old) and Driving Licence
Responsibilities
* Support clients with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
* Administer prescribed medications, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Prepare and serve meals adhering to dietary needs and preferences.
* Monitor behaviour to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in client living spaces.
Experience/Qualifications
* Preferred experience in care or related fields.
* Knowledgeable about medication administration protocols.
* Familiar with meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions.
* Able to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
* Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
