Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching in your subject specialism to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students
* Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Develop your subject expertise and teaching practice with support from experienced mentors
Essential Criteria:
* QTS
* Relevant subject degree or qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
* Understanding of secondary curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills
* Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners
