What We Do Deer Designer is seeking an imaginative, Senior Web & Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX and modern digital design workflows. If you are comfortable mastering tools like Figma and integrating AI-enhanced workflows to produce exceptional, business-focused digital solutions, you will thrive in our fast-paced, fully remote, international team. What You Will Do You will manage your time efficiently across multiple daily design requests, maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity, with an emphasis on web and digital assets. Core Design Deliverables (Digital Focus) Your primary responsibilities will include designing, prototyping, and executing high-quality digital assets:
1. Web & UI/UX: Comprehensive web pages, high-fidelity UI elements, landing pages, and responsive design mockups.
2. Branding: Designing foundational branding elements (logos, style guides) optimized for digital platforms.
3. Marketing Assets: Email graphics, social media content, display banners, lead magnets, and digital presentations.
4. Secondary deliverables include print materials (flyers, business cards, packaging), demonstrating versatility when required.
Process & Collaboration
5. Strategic Execution: Expertly interpret vague client briefs, particularly for digital products, turning high-level goals into strategic creative output.
6. Tool Integration: Use and integrate AI tools (like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.) to significantly speed up ideation and improve creative output, especially in prototyping and asset generation.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to ensure designs are consistent and brand-aligned across all digital touchpoints.
What We Expect From You We are looking for self-starters and digital design experts who meet the following criteria: Technical Expertise
8. UI/UX Mastery: Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and proven experience designing for complex digital flows and responsive web design.
9. Figma Proficiency: Mastery of Figma, including advanced use of Auto Layout and component libraries for efficient design systems.
10. Core Software: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
11. AI Integration: Experience with or willingness to learn AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI).
Experience & Portfolio
12. Proven Experience: 3–5 years of experience in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency or client-facing setup.
13. Strong Portfolio: A required strong portfolio (Behance profile, PDF, or online portfolio is accepted; Google Drive compilation of works is not accepted) that clearly showcases your UI/UX skills, web design versatility, and attention to digital detail.
Professional & Remote Requirements
14. Communication: Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher, to clearly articulate digital design decisions to a global client base.
15. Team Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
16. Trial Commitment: Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a 5-day paid Design Bootcamp (trial work) before being officially hired.
