One of our leading defence engineering clients is expanding their Weapon Systems team and is looking for an experienced Systems Verification Engineer to support a range of high-profile UK and international programmes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering verification and validation activities across multiple programmes, supporting system certification, compliance, and engineering governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver verification and validation activities across concurrent programmes, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.
* Review subsystem outputs and evidence to support system-level verification and certification.
* Produce and maintain verification and certification documentation, including compliance matrices and product trial certificates.
* Manage non-compliance reporting and coordinate closure of review and regression test panels.
* Support generation of system-level compliance evidence and certification documentation.
* Plan, prioritise, and execute engineering tasks across dynamic and complex project portfolios.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across interfacing disciplines.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven background in systems engineering verification and certification processes.
* Ability to manage and deliver work across multiple programmes simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to workload management.
* Working knowledge of DOORS or similar requirements management tools.
* Understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle from concept through to delivery.
Benefits:
* Salary up to £57,000, depending on experience
* Performance bonus up to £2,500
