Job Description What you’ll do We are currently looking for experienced and compassionate nurses to support our child and adult clients with complex care needs in their homes. This role involves working across various locations and includes day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work, offering flexibility and variety. As a Registered Nurse working within this care package, you will provide a high standard of nursing care. There will be an up-to-date care plan, for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes.
