Spa Director
We are currently looking to recruit and experienced Spa Director for an award winning Spa within a 5 star hotel establishment. As Spa Director you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the spa facility. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the spa's offerings, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction at all times.

The Person
The successful Spa Director will have:
* Previous senior leadership experience of managing a luxury spa within a 5* hotel environment
* The ability to lead and inspire a team to drive guest engagement.
* A proven track record of managing complex spa operations. Expert knowledge of front of house and back of house protocols and processes.
* Previous experience of swimming pool and thermal facility management.
* Advacned skills in budgeting; profit and loss account; payroll management and driving revenue opportunities.
