We are currently seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coach within the school of Construction. This role is primarily based at our Woodlands Campus.
The Personal Development Coach will engage directly with students, offering one-to-one coaching sessions and delivering group sessions focused on Personal Progress and Development (PPD). This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for students within a particular curriculum area, setting and reviewing objectives to support improvements in attendance, academic progress, and behaviour.
Applicants should demonstrate strong coaching abilities and excellent communication skills, with a track record of helping young people achieve success. While experience from a variety of sectors is valued, recent work in a Further Education environment—particularly in coaching or personal tutoring—would be advantageous.
For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
