Why this role:
This isn’t your average SDR position. You won’t just follow a script or book meetings for someone else’s funnel - you’ll help build the go-to-market machine from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and Account Executives, helping define who we target, how we reach them, and what great pipeline looks like. Your outreach will be sharp, strategic, and well-received - because Zelt solves real problems for growing companies.
You’ll have exposure to every part of the sales cycle, from first touch to close - and a clear path toward AE or strategic roles, backed by a team that invests in ownership and high standards.
Zelt is entering a new phase of growth - gaining traction with mid-cap and enterprise customers, and expanding fast across Europe. This role puts you at the front of that movement: shaping how we find and reach the customers who’ll power our next stage.

Your role:
You’ll be the first human touchpoint for many of Zelt’s future customers - whether they discover us themselves or we find them first.
Your job is to open doors: through smart targeting, sharp messaging, and consistent outreach.
You’ll qualify inbound leads with care and engage outbound prospects with energy - making sure only the best conversations move forward.
You’ll work closely with our AEs and CEO to build a pipeline and refine what great top-of-funnel looks like at Zelt.
Your tasks:
* Respond to inbound leads and qualify early interest
* Research, identify, and engage high-potential outbound prospects
* Launch and optimise outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
* Book qualified meetings for AEs and the CEO
* Track performance, learn from patterns, and improve targeting and messaging
* Collaborate with sales and growth to refine ICP and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
* First experience with outbound sales or lead generation in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)
* Strong written communication and attention to detail - especially in outreach
* A curious, analytical mindset - you’re always learning from what works (and what doesn’t)
* Energy, ownership, and a structured way of working - you’re comfortable managing your time and goals
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Excel
* Fluent in English.
