Operations Manager – Education Contract Catering - £50k - £55k + car allowance - London
My client is looking to bring an operations Manager in to join this established, Education Contract Caterer to take overall responsibility for the catering services within the patch which covers Essex and Northeast London.
About the position:
You will be overseeing a portfolio of 15 secondary schools throughout London.
This role requires strong leadership, experience in managing change and building new teams plus new openings/contract mobilisation. It is required you have area management experience in education and financial accountability is a must.
This is for someone with a niche skill set and a real understanding of excellence to meet the client's needs. You will be well presented with an impeccable eye for detail, patient and observant.
Ideal Operations Manager:
A strong operational understanding within Education Contract Catering and an eye for what excellence looks like
An understanding of mobilisations within the education sector
An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations
