Responsibilities Manage and organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing necessary training and resources to educate them on company policies and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries promptly. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity. Skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the capability to educate others when necessary. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
