As a Residential Property Paralegal, you'll play a crucial part in guiding their clients through the complexities of property transactions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 months' experience in residential conveyancing, ensuring you hit the ground running
2. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, as you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
4. Excellent organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
