Groundworks & Machine Operator Cornwall
Location: Cornwall (multiple upcoming sites)

We are currently recruiting experienced groundworks operatives and skilled machine operator candidates for a mixture of long-term projects and ad hoc work across Cornwall. The Role
You will be working as part of an established site team delivering high-quality groundworks across a variety of civil engineering and construction projects. The position is ideal for candidates who can work as a general operative as well as a machine operator when required.
Duties may include:
* General and finishing groundworks
* Drainage, foundations, kerbing, and ducting
* Concrete works and reinstatement
* Operating plant machinery as a machine operator
* Supporting site teams across long-term and ad hoc works
* Maintaining safe working practices at all times
Requirements
All applicants must have:
* A valid CSCS card
* NPORS or CPCS tickets for plant operations
* Proven experience in groundworks
* Ability to work as a machine operator within a site team
* Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites
Desirable Machine Tickets (including but not limited to):
* ADT (Articulated Dump Truck)
* 360 / 330 Excavator
* Ride-on Roller
Additional tickets are highly beneficial for any machine operator applying for this role.
