This is a key role supporting operational teams across the businesses and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Duties to include, but not limited to: Supporting the processing of several monthly payrolls across multiple entities. Accurately inputting starters, leavers, salary amendments, and overtime information as required. Dealing with payroll queries Maintaining accurate records for GDPR and audit purposes. Assisting with process improvements. Other ad hoc duties as required. The person: Previous payroll experience within a medium to large-sized business is desirable. Strong communication skills are essential. You will have a drive to improve systems and processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
