Job Description:
Due to continued growth in our AECO business sector, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager, ideally with Indirect, Partner, Channel Sales experience to join us.
In this role, you will lead sales operations initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships across Europe. Your focus will be on sales strategy, performance, process improvement, and technology, working closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product GMs, and teams across EMEA and globally. Your goal will be to improve operational efficiency, optimize partner sales processes, and provide data-driven insights to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of annual planning, including GTM design, sales quotas, territories, and account alignments for global partner and digital sales.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and productivity.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to meet revenue targets.
* Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans.
* Develop sales performance plans and monitor KPIs for Account Executives and Managers.
* Create and maintain interactive sales dashboards and reports with Sales BI.
* Ensure CRM and sales tools data quality and integrity.
* Use data analytics to identify insights, risks, opportunities, and recommend strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in sales operations, with experience in indirect/partner and global GTM strategies.
* Strong background in sales performance management, data analytics, and process optimization.
* Experience in designing sales quotas, territories, and compensation plans.
* Technical proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, Domo, or Tableau.
* Excellent data analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Effective communicator, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in sales is a plus.
