Leisure Attendant

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Leisure Attendant to help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
What you’ll do:
* Welcome guests and promote our leisure facilities
* Support activities across the pool, gym, and recreation areas
* Sell memberships, give club tours, and manage bookings
* Keep facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly
* Data entry for all membership sales/ enquiries
* Operational day to day tasks to keep the Leisure Club running EG. Workaround’s, Pool tests, towel runs, Cleaning
* Upselling of retail
* Assist with events and ensure guests have an exceptional experience

* Strong communication and customer service skills
