Overview
HR business partner role based in the Peterborough area with hybrid working flexibility. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with consideration for part time (minimum 30 hours). Location: Peterborough office. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 FTE depending on experience. Responsibilities
* Lead on a number of HR areas with a particular focus on wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI).
* Support recruitment across the charity while partnering with managers to provide advice on employee relations matters.
Qualifications
* Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified, or CIPD Level 7 part qualified.
* Working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR practice.
* Experience supporting line managers on all aspects of employee relations across the full employee lifecycle.
