The Role:
The Paid Media Planning Director will be an instrumental part of the agencies leadership team, owning department success and growth for a portfolio of key global clients.
* Form an integral part of the Agency leadership team
* Own paid media planning strategy and success for a portfolio of well-known global FMCG brands.
* Deep understanding of Paid Media space, with an expertise in translating current media trends into actionable strategic initiatives
* Manage a team of specialists, driving best-practice and developing channel expertise
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience nurturing and driving success for well-known FMCG brands on a global scale.
* Demonstrable experience executing global paid advertising strategy, ideally coming from a Media Agency or Client
* Experience working on luxury beauty or CPG accounts essential
* Proven team lead, confident managing remote teams at different levels
* Data driven mindset, with strong market and campaign insights approach
