We’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Team Leader / Team Manager to join our dynamic Customer Installation Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Installation Coordinators to manage the end-to-end installation process whether it be during their initial installation or during a warranty claim.
2. Monitoring team performance to ensure KPIs are met, including customer satisfaction, resolution times, and efficiency metrics.
3. Collaborating with installers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
4. Coaching your team to handle customer cases with empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.
5. Managing escalations and ensuring swift resolution for complex cases, all while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
6. Continuously improving processes and communication pathways to enhance the customer experience.

20. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
21. Knowledge of kitchen and bedroom installations or similar industries is advantageous but not essential.
