As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them across email, phone, and digital platforms.

* Quarterly bonus – Between £450 and £2,000, based on team performance

Your Role – Supporting Our Customers
* Be the friendly, professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
* Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
* Accurately process sample orders, working closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
* Resolve customer queries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing, supply chain) to track and manage orders.
* Share insights to support excellent service and product knowledge.
What You’ll Bring – Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a product or manufacturing setting.
* Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and customer-focused.
* Comfortable with CRM systems, order management tools, and general IT applications.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
* A collaborative mindset – ready to work cross-functionally and solve problems.
