Senior Community Support Worker – Wirral
Location: Wirral
Salary: £15.67 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (minimum 35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm, with off-duty hours on an advanced 4-week rota basis

About the Role
As a Senior Community Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role within our community services. You’ll support and guide a dedicated team while delivering compassionate, person-centred care that helps individuals live independently and confidently in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, building positive relationships and making a meaningful difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support a team of Community Support Workers
* Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Promote independence, dignity and respect for all service users and staff
* Support care planning, record keeping and reporting
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and external partners
* Provide on-call support to staff when scheduled (typically one week per month)
About You
Essential Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* A compassionate, reliable and motivated approach
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Basic IT skills (email, virtual meetings and report writing)
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a health and social care role
