Penshurst Construction Ltd are looking to expand our delivery team based in Swindon to undertake works primarily on social housing with an existing Client.
Due to successful contract wins we are looking to expand our team to continue to meet our Clients needs. We currently provide a full range of services to domestic properties from minor repairs to full refurbishments.
The successful candidate:
* Located in the Swindon area.
* Can provide evidence of skill, experience and/or qualification.
* Have genuine multi-trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, rendering, roofing and/or decorating.
* Provide their own essential tools.
Penhurst Construction can offer:
* Company van with fuel card.
* PAYE (paid monthly) or self employed (paid weekly) options.
* £160 per day - Monday to Friday 40hr week
* Opportunities for additional emergency callout works (£35 per hour/job)
