* Ability to use initiative to proactively spot and resolve potential problems.
* Passion for working within tourism; travel experience is not essential.
* Confidence to handle multiple currencies and administrative tasks while complying with procedures.
* Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week, including evenings and weekends, in line with customer demand and shop opening times. Shift patterns are usually shared 4 weeks in advance.
