Nursery Room Leader Location: Central Croydon, Hours: 43.75 hours per week, all year round Salary: £38,270.13 per annum We are recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join a well-established early years setting in Central Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to step into a leadership role within a nursery group that combines a warm, family-run feel with a strong focus on quality childcare and education. The setting forms part of an established provider that has been delivering childcare since 1995, with an environment built around keeping children happy, engaged, safe and healthy. The successful candidate will lead their room with confidence, support the wider team and help maintain high standards across daily practice. This role would suit an existing Room Leader or a strong Senior Practitioner ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role.
