Workload & Structure
4+ sessions per week
12 patients per session
50/50 split between face‑to‑face appointments and telephone consultations
Triage‑based duty system which is non‑patient‑facing and supervisory in nature
Dedicated GP each session completing practice admin on a rota basis
Strong MDT support including Mental Health team, ANPs, Occupational Therapist, GP Assistant and full nursing team
No evenings or weekends
Monthly half‑day protected CPD and training shutdown
Excellent mentoring and support for newly qualified GPs
