Job Title: Sales Representative
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (OTE up to £35,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, potential weekend requirement from time to time (flexibility required)
Location: Bromsgrove
We are working with a growing company specialising in luxury home interiors, who are looking to recruit a driven Sales Representative to join their team in Bromsgrove. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop relationships with retail clients, property developers, and other partners within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up on leads and build lasting client relationships.
Generate new business opportunities and identify potential contacts.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Carry out showroom visits and site visits confidently.
Promote products such as kitchens and worktops to prospective clients.
Stay organised and manage multiple client interactions and tasks.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
Use of a company car/ van. Requirements
Confident and proactive approach to winning new business.
Highly motivated with resilience and determination to succeed.
Previous B2B experience is desirable but not essential.
Background in customer service, sales, or business development preferable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle varied tasks effectively.
Must have a clean driving license.
