An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHFT Childrens Pathway as a Service Manager. This role will oversee the Children and Young Peoples (CYP) Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS), Paediatric Psychology and additional CYP mental health services (to be confirmed). * Provide operational leadership for the CYP CEDS, Paediatric Psychology and other designated mental health services.
* Ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of evidence based and informed treatment and support for children and young people accessing these services.
* Lead on performance, business management, and service development within your areas of responsibility.
* Work with the Head of Service for Childrens Mental Health, in close collaboration with Senior Clinical Colleagues, the Clinical Director, and the Assistant Director.
* Hold budgetary and operational responsibility for all services in your area
* Proven experience in operational management within mental health or childrens services.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and drive service improvements.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
